Abstract

When companies are often faced with a moment to make a decision. Management in organizations or companies that are often faced when deciding in decision making. The success in taking a policy must be excluded from all parties that are needed and need a policy that is needed, in accordance with the appropriate analysis, in accordance with the criteria determined by the company against the existing interests. In making a decision, the best and quick selection will be the key agreed upon in the policy and decision making required the analysis and calculation issued, depending on the many differences of opinion that matter. Therefore, the best selection decision support system is needed that will assist in the selection process at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation as a recommendation for the selection team. In this study there are a number of things that researchers want to agree on, what is agreed is an application system that supports WEB that can improve the efficiency of the best employee selection process at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. The research method applied uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is very helpful in assessing ranking values. The results of the study are WEB-based application programs that have been designed and can be provided in the best employee selection process.
