PENGARUH GENDER TERHADAP JENJANG KARIR (STUDI KASUS DI PT SANMINA SCI BATAM)
Human resources is a very important asset in the company. Because without the human resources of a company will not be able to walk. But nevertheless the company must pay attention to the needs of employees in terms of both material and non-material such as career advancement. This study aims to investigate the influence of gender for careers. The formulation of the problem, namely whether each variable has an influence on the career of employees of PT Samina Sci Batam and whether jointly have a significant impact on your career. This research was conducted at PT Sanmina SCI Batam. Methods This study used multiple linear regression in which the independent variables are job qualifications and gender while the dependent variable is the career path, using sampling techniques slovin in order to get a sample of 248 respondents. Results of the study are significant values for gender of 0000, in order to get the results that the independent variable has a positive and significant impact on the career.
